Bryant Alden


Hello, my name is Bryant Alden, I teach Culinary Arts through MWV Career and Tech Center at Kennett High School. I am a nationally Certified Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation. I was inducted into the Honorable American Academy of Chefs in July of 2020.

I was raised on Cape Cod, MA. I spent years cooking in various coastal restaurants and Boston while developing culinary skills. I enjoy preparing dishes influenced by culturally diverse regions around the globe. Over the years, I have managed numerous hospitality businesses, instructed culinary classes for White Mountains Community College and even co-owned and operated for ten years a successful restaurant and catering business here in the Mount Washington Valley. I have lived in North Conway for over 20 years with my wife Patti who also has worked in hospitality and marketing most of her career. We enjoy all the outdoor recreation the Mount Washington Valley offers! My wife even taught me how to snowboard. Our two children are now grown and married. Claire lives in Belfast Ireland and Amelya has returned to the valley and
resides in Madison.

I have always had a passion for working with students in my kitchens. My goal is to share my passion for the hospitality industry while teaching some life skills. I strive to mentor the youth of our community for they are our future and anything is possible.
